Standards in Practice
Standards on paper mean little without rigorous application. Our five-stage placement process is designed to test these standards under real conditions—not through theoretical assessment, but through hands-on demonstration in trial sessions where you experience the therapist's work firsthand.
Technique mastery, for instance, is not simply a matter of certification. A therapist may hold advanced qualifications in deep tissue massage or Thai massage, but what matters is how they apply that knowledge under the specific conditions of your environment—the pressure they choose, how they read your body's response, and whether they adjust without being asked.
We evaluate every therapist across all seven pillars before they enter our network. But we also recognise that different placements weight these pillars differently.
