Payment & Refund Policy

Payment Structure

Our therapist placement service uses a two-stage payment structure totaling $49,000:

Stage 1$15,000

Non-Refundable Initiation Fee

This secures your private selection process, including confidential needs assessment, curated shortlist from our top-level therapists, private meetings, and trial sessions.

Stage 2$34,000

Placement & Onboarding Fee

Paid once you confirm your chosen therapist. Includes final placement, protocol orientation, and follow-up during the initial adaptation period.

Refund Policy

Stage 1 — $15,000 — is non-refundable.

The initiation fee covers the extensive work of sourcing, vetting, and coordinating trial sessions with our top-tier therapists. This investment ensures we dedicate focused attention to your specific requirements from the outset.

Stage 2 Payment

Stage 2 payment is due only after you have completed trial sessions and confirmed your chosen therapist. If you do not proceed with a placement after trial sessions, Stage 2 payment is not required.

Optional Training Service

Private Residence Training for your existing therapist is available as a separate service at $30,000. This fee is due in full before training commences and is non-refundable once the training program begins.

We accept wire transfers and major credit cards. Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of your placement request.
